This Site is owned, operated, and provided to you (“You”) by The Tag Team Party Peeps, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Company”). Your access and use of this Site and the Services is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Company’s Terms of Use (together, the “Agreements”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreements. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreements, you may not access or use this Site. From time to time, the Company may revise this Privacy Policy without any notice to you. Each time you access or use this Site, you must review and abide by the then-current version of this Privacy Policy. The Company is committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, maintain, and process your personal information. You and Company agree as follows:

  1. PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. The Company may collect, maintain, and process personally-identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in accessing this Site (such as your name, company name, address, email address, credit card details (if used on the Site), billing dates and history, login details, the date used to generate your mobile website, and traffic statistics about your mobile website), data related to your Site preferences, and Internet traffic data (as explained in Section 2). Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, the Company will never collect, maintain, or process personal information about you without your express permission.

  2. INTERNET TRAFFIC DATA. When your computer connects to the Internet and to this Site, Internet traffic data is generated; however, this data alone is not sufficient to identify you. The Company may collect, maintain, and process Internet traffic information including, but not limited to, the ISP origin of your connection, your IP address, the type and version of your Internet browser, and the length of your connection. This information may be used to analyze this Site’s traffic and to improve this Site by tailoring it to the particular interests of its users.

  3. COOKIES. To improve this Site, we use “cookies” to customize the information presented to you. Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive and which may contain information such as your Company preferences. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies but you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer.

  4. HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION. We collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register for a course, a membership site, or a free training series, for example, the information is used to enroll you in the program, to enroll you in our newsletters, to track your preferences, and to keep you informed about the product and related products. As a visitor to our Sites, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information.

If you opt in to receive any free training series, download a free product, register for a webinar, seminar, or live event, or purchase any product sold by us or promoted by us, you will automatically be subscribed to our free newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this free newsletter, you may opt out at any time. We include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send. If you have any trouble opting out, please send an email us directly. We will manually remove you from our e-mail list(s).

In connection with other activities, such as those described above, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, telephone, credit card, and other personal information. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

In all cases, we will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. We will also tell you how we use your information or if we share it with another party. Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user to any third party without having received your permission.

If you supply us with your contact information you may receive periodic e-mails, mailings or calls from us with information on new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events. If you wish to be removed from any postal, e-mail, phone, or other lists, please let us know by e-mailing us. Please provide us with your exact name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone. We will be sure your name is removed from the appropriate lists immediately.

When you use our Sites, we or our authorized technology services provider may also collect certain technical and routing information from you to facilitate your use of the Site and its services. We use this information to administer the Site and to understand and measure traffic patterns on the Site so that we know which areas of our sites are favorites of our users, which areas need improvement, and what technologies are being used so that we may continually improve our sites. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying you or any user individually. We may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes.

  5. SHARING OF INFORMATION. The Company may share your personally-identifiable and other information with other entities if you consent to the sharing of such information. By accessing or using this Site, you consent to your personally-identifiable and other information being shared with other entities where such sharing: (a) is required or reasonably appropriate to complete a transaction or perform a service on your behalf or that you have requested; (b) is required by the terms and conditions or a particular service; or (c) such information is being shared to facilitate programs and initiatives that are offered by Company jointly with affiliates or others. The Company may also share your personally-identifiable and other information with other entities if the Company believes, in its sole discretion, that such sharing is necessary or appropriate to: (a) respond to court orders, subpoenas or other legal process; (b) comply with the law or legal process; (c) protect or defend the rights or property of Company or others; (d) enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use; or (e) respond to claims that the contents of any communications violate the rights of others. Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy, Company will not share your personally-identifiable information with any third party unless you have given your prior consent or we are compelled to do so by law or by the order of a court or agency.
