Rachel Perry and Amanda Holland, both previous direct sellers themselves, were frustrated with the lack of communication and personal touch that seemed to happen with traditional catalog parties. So, they took catalog parties to Facebook. After months (and months and months and months...you get the picture) of trial and error, they finally figured out not only the formula to the successful 30 minute Facebook party but also the tools needed to build relationships over social media. Today, the Tag Team trains representatives from over 100 direct sales companies on how to build relationships using various forms of social media while focusing on the tools needed to have successful virtual parties, online parties, and other sorts of social media parties. Their dynamic personalities bring a sense of freshness and excitement to the direct sales industry. During their trainings not only will you get fabulous information but you also are guaranteed to laugh so hard that you might pee your pants.
Rachel is basically an all-around amazing chick! (Just kidding…or is she?) She was in direct sales as a jewelry lady for almost 9 years and loved it! She has three children, ages 11, 9, and 6 and has been married to her amazing husband, Mark, for 20 years (lucky man). This in itself is amazing, because Rachel is only 29. (Um, maybe a few years off.) Her hobbies include shopping, hanging with the hubs, taking family trips, AND hanging out with her pal, Amanda! Rachel makes a mean margarita and her guilty pleasure is Bravo...each and every show. Not joking.
Amanda loves to laugh (usually at herself but at Rachel too)! She’s a mom to three crazy kiddos, (13, 11, and 3) and she enjoys singing loudly (and badly) with them in the minivan. She thought she'd be slingin' jewelry for the rest of her life until Tag Team started on accident. She "retired" from direct sales after 10 amazing years! Her hobbies include napping (she could win an Olympic gold medal if napping was a sport), NOT working out, online shopping, eating chips & queso and yard sale-ing. Basically Amanda is living the minivan dream.
